Fine Chinese cuisine, indeed, at Mr. Zhang's
Those of us who either live in the Northeast, or originally came from there, know how important good Chinese food is. In this area the pickings are slim. One ray of hope opened a few years ago: Uncle Joe's. Small, in a strip mall, it became a local hit, although the ambience was more like a small lunch place.
Now Michael Zhang has taken his skills and imagination to a higher level with the opening of this new local eatery. Larger and more upscale, this is the kind of Chinese food we keep searching for, whether it's dim sum or Grand Marnier prawns, a signature dish available at both restaurants.
With good service (although different people seem to arrive throughout your meal), delicious Martinis and enough variety to keep everyone happy (including the vegitarian at our table), here's one fine stop you won't want to miss.
